Yes, whether you are caring for a family member or a loved one, you can help them sign up for PillTYme by visiting our Become a Member page. If you would like to have access to your loved one’s account, Add yourself as a Caregiver and supply your password. You can also have access to multiple accounts if needed.
How long after becoming a Member does it take to get my first shipment?
Your first Multi-Meds pack shipment usually takes between 2-3 weeks to receive. PillTyme must process all your prescriptions and update any remaining refills prior to shipping.
Does PillTyme ship to my state?
Currently, PillTyme can only ship to the following states Connecticut; Delaware; New Jersey; New York and Pennsylvania but are adding new states every month.
How do I receive discounts and Rewards towards my medications?
Receiving rewards and discounts with PillTyme is very easy, all you need to do is take your medications on time which keeps your compliance score high and provide us with feedback to assist in your on-going well being.
Will my co-pays increase?
Your copays will stay the same as it is at your local retail pharmacy for a 30-day supply of medication. If you are currently receiving 90-day supplies, you may pay a slightly higher copay.
Is my PillTyme account secure?
Yes, your PillTyme account is secure. Our website and app are fully HIPAA compliant. For a more detailed look into our privacy poicy
How do you get all my prescriptions and caregiver’s information?
You provide your personal information during the signup process. You can update your account information at any time from the PillTyme website.
